Geo Scratches Part Deux! Traditional Cache

I would reccommend that you wear long sleeves and leather gloves when you go after this one.  If you try without and find out why you were warned, well, I don't want to hear the whines.  There are a number of area cachers who seem to think they should all be handed out on a silver platter and they shouldn't have to actually do any searching with really defeats the idea of the game.  This cache, as well as the original Geo Scratches, is in tribute to those prickly geocachers out there who never do anything but complain and whine.  To do this cache you have to have determination and will-power.  And be able to follow simple instructions without argument.
