Geocache Description:

Kei Ling Ha Interactive Series 1/4

This is the first of four "interactive" caches in Kei Ling Ha Lo Wai, Sai Kung.

All four caches are on-site puzzle caches with a twist! The cache is at the posted coordinates, but you will not be able to retrieve it without performing some tasks first.
Combining the best of geocaching with the traditional treasure hunt using a map, these caches should provide a challenge for all types of cachers!

The 1st cache is located at a big old Banyan (ficus microcarpa) situated in the village. Nearby are two shrines and a small path passes beneath the shade of this magnificent tree!

It is the easiest of the four cahes and all you need is basic map reading skills!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Here is your mission:
1. Locate the cache at the posted coordinates.
2. Locate the Map.
30 metres Due North of the cache location is a public toilet. Behind the building you will find a geomark and two Maps. Make sure to grab the map marked KLH1. The other map is needed to solve KLH2.
3. Locate the Retrieval Tool.
By now you should know that you need a special tool to retrieve the cache. Perhaps something like a long stick. Now if only there was a bamboo forest nearby...
Use the map to find the tool and grab it.
4. Use the Retrieval Tool to retrieve the cache.
5. Replace the Retrieval Tool and the Map.
Congratulations, you solved the first puzzle!!!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

NOTE: DO NOT climb into the tree!! This type of Ficus has very fine hairs on it's bark and you may get a serious rash when touching it!
You should be able to retrieve the cache WITHOUT climbing the tree.
