OU #2 Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

ex135nav:
I’m archiving all of my OU series. I am reducing the number of geocaches that I have to maintain and I’ll be moving out of the area in the future. This will open up the area for someone else too place some new geocaches. I’ve enjoyed the logs that is cache has received and see it as a great place for a new series by somebody else.
I have removed all containers, except four and five which I was unable to locate.

Geocache Description:

This series is a result of receiving a roll of OU duct tape from my granddaughters in Norman.  All caches are within 100 feet of the horse trail and I recommend staying on the trail rather than going point to point. Otherwise you will be intruding on pristine prairie.

Up a knoll and to the right from #1.  As I approached this area I saw a brown bulge in the grass about 30 yards ahead. I halted and stood still. A second deer (a doe) then stood up and looked right at me. She watched me for a good 30 seconds. Then I must have flinched or something because three deer then bounded away.  It was worth the trek to see them.  If the wind is in your face keep looking ahead. You may see them before they see you.
