Wild Horses This is an ambitious eight stage multi cache that will eventually take you around Horse Pond to the final location. The trails around these conservation lands can be wet after it rains and seem to be mostly used by dirt bike and pedal enthusiast. After exploring a bit I found them to be very sutible for hiking and geocaching as well.Your hike will be very serpentine and hilly between some stages and it may seem like your heading away from the waypoint that you are seeking.You should give yourself a couple of hours or more to complete the 3 mile trek. There is very little bushwhacking required and although the distances might be rather long between stages all of the stages are hidden within 20ft of the trail except for the final. The hike will take you right past the Horse Pond cache GC1MHOE so if you haven't picked up that one yet, now is your chance. There will be Wild Horses momentos availible in the cache to take with you if you want.( While supplies last....one per customer please.) Inside the container there are bonus coordinates on the bottom of the cover for the unknown cache "A Horse With No Name". Seeking this cache will head you back towards the parking area...sort of.
