We placed this cache in honor of our grandson Conner's 8th birthday. Conner started caching with us at an early age of 2 months. Rather than traveling in a backpack he now enjoys the more difficult terrains and usually arrives at GZ before us!
We chose Sterne's Woods because this is one of his favorite parks. We DIDN'T make this easy since Conner enjoys the challenge of a good hike. Given Conner's preferences, we would have bushwhacked, but in respect for nature we created a 2-stage multi. Follow the given coordinates to the first stage. Here you will find a micro with the coordinates to the final stage. Follow the main trails to the trailhead at N42 15.533 W088 18.127 which will lead you on your way to the final. Enjoy the hike and the beautiful views. Be sure to look out to the distance!

We placed this cache in spring and tree coverage posed a bit of a problem. In the summer the GPS can be jumping all over the place. If the satellites are not in your favor we have added a hint with a little less technology and a little more like good ol' orienteering.
