This paddle cache on the North Elkhorn Creek is only accessible via boat.

As I paddled past this tree an hour after dark there were strange chirps and screeches. 
When I turned on my caching light I counted six barn owls in the tree!  There was one adult and five fledglings.
They did not like the light and started calling loudly.

Truly a memory to treasure.
