Geocache Description:

On the West Highland Way this is a spectacular viewpoint where Dumgoyne looms up before you. Most people do this 96 mile walk from south to north in which case you will come across this cache on day one. Beautiful part of the countryside.

Parking is available at the entrance to Tinkers Loan.This is a small sized cache just off the trail on the West Highland Way BEFORE you go through the top gate on Tinker's Loan. The cache is located by a tree near a wall. It can get pretty muddy underfoot if there has been a lot of rain so bring wellies or boots if this is the case. The cache contains log book and some swap items. Please put back exactly as found. In summer there are a lot of muggles so you may have to be discreet,
