This is an area on the Pere Marquette River known for excellent fishing. Follow the Fisherman’s Trail to the cache and enjoy the river view on the way.
It is Federal Land Access to the river and there is a $5.00 drop box fee. Parking, a restroom and great fishing are available. You might want to look into an annual Federal Parks pass. Seniors should definitely look into a life time pass for $10. For more information go to http://www.nps.gov/findapark/passes.htm
Don't forget...you can always walk in from the sign board just past the RR tracks.
