Cache is located in a public park, so muggles are likely. That being said, the cache should not be very difficult to collect even with a muggle presence nearby. Bring your own pen or pencil.
Located at North Grandview Avenue, between Loras Boulevard and University Avenue, this five acre park includes a lighted in-line hockey rink, playground equipment, barbecue grills, picnic tables, multipurpose green space and a recreation program center.
