This cache is part of the BoG series, this time placed by the riachfinders. It forms part of a lovely walk around Boat of Garten
The cache is located within Deshar Woods, and is placed by a large scots pine in deshar wood off a lovely wide path. It's a fun place to walk or cycle and there is a lot of wildlife to see. You can park in the village centre, or at the end of Kinchurdy Road and then follow the track. The track itself is accessible by wheelchair and stroller, although the cache location itself may not be.
The area that this cache is placed in contains some protected wildlife, especially capercaillie, and there is an SSSI (site of special scientific interest) nearby. I thank Will Anderson, Forestry Director with Seafield Estates, for giving his kind permission to place this cache series, and they have been placed to avoid sensitive areas. Please take heed of any signs you come across, and be respectful of wildlife. We hope you enjoy finding the cache
