Geocache Description:


Minto-Brown Island Park is a great place to hike, bike, run, fish and especially to Geocache. It's also a great place to practice your CITO principals.

CITO stands for "Cache In Trash Out", but the principals of CITO can be applied to any activity you enjoy outdoors.

The Salem Area Geocaching Association has adopted a stretch of River Road near the park to hold a clean up event each April. This cache is a tribute to all of the cachers who have put in time and effort to help keep the area clean. Thank You!
