At home with the donkeys Traditional Cache
FireflyAfrica: It's very sad to archive this cache, but the area isn't the same as it was 10 years ago when I placed the cache and cachers don't seem to want to go there to do the cache. I'll clean up and repair the container and find a new place to put it. It's a super container and deserves to be placed somewhere.

THIS CACHE IS AT THE LISTED COORDINATES and not really in the main public eye so can be done somewhat discreetly without drawing much attention.
My first custom made puzzle cache placed at one of my favorite good cause places. Some will find it to be a quick cache while others may have more of a challenge to get it out.
The cache is located at the East Cape Horse Care Unit which is situated right next to the PE Animal Welfare Society. Megan Hope from ECHCU has given permission for the cache to be placed at the unit.
The East Cape Horse Care Unit provides education to horse and donkey owners in townships of Nelson Mandela Bay. It's also a rehabilitation centre for sick and abused donkeys with some returning to their owners while others get adopted and rehomed.
You could just have a couple of very long faces in the audience watching you figure out the cache so cachers are welcome (but not obliged) to stop at your local supermarket on the way and grab a bag of carrots. Everybody like to receive a treat every now and then.
The cache itself is a puzzle and you will need to figure out what to do to get the logbook in hand.
There is no entrance fee, but gate times are as follow:
Mondays to Fridays: 10am - 4pm
Saturdays and Sundays: 10am - 3:30pm
FTF - Had some fun watching Team Mixs get the FTF on this one.
