Geocache Description:

Best View in Town!

A series based on some of the hilltops in my hometown of Wilmington. It’s a hilly town - you’ll see! Be careful in winter (snow & ice!) and mud season (mud!). The other 2 months of the year, just watch for black flies. DON’T attempt this in mud season from Rt 9W - go thru town and up Rt 100N to Stowe Hill Rd.
