Geocache Description:

Had another cache slightly east of here but it disappeared and it was archived. Cache has been resurrected but at a new location close by.

Bringing a former cache back to life that is located near eating places and a Tattoo store, hence the name!  You are looking for a flat 1.5" x 1.5" sized container.
