This cache will take you on a stroll along side hwy 83 – in a protected walkway. Did you know that this highway is one of the longest (north-south) in the United States? Hwy 83 holds 1, 885 miles!
As you walk, enjoy the art carvings in the underpass’ walls – the carvings are of historical landmarks of Childress - Engine 501 and a WWII Aircraft.
This cache is log only – BYOP! Parking at the SPE building across the street or on Ave C & 83 to begin your stroll. Happy Geocaching!
