Treasured Memories of Our Past TO FORGET ONES ANCESTORS ,IS TO BE A BROOK WITHOUT A SOURCE,A TREE WITHOUT A ROOT . (chinese proverb) No doubt our Pop would have needed to rest about now after walking to Edithburgh from Coobowie . Then again as a young lad he may have been full of excitement and energy about the walk . There would have been very few cars in those days.
