Find a parking spot close to the listed coordinates.
Park your car and walk to the listed coordinates, they will bring you to a blue sign with five words. Use the letters in the five words to solve the puzzle.
It is a short walk from the blue sign to the final location.
Stealth will be required. If there are people nearby, please come back later.
