Go NoVA Labs! 2014
This cache was placed in conjunction with the Go NoVA Labs project, which is intended to provide recognition for I <3 Geocaching Lab Caches placed or found by local cachers.
Participation in this project is not required in order for you to log a find on this cache. The only requirement for claiming a find is to find the cache and sign the log.
However, all comments left in this cache log will be read and considered by project members. It's a good alternative / additional method of communication for those who prefer pen and paper to web forms, email, private messages and other forms of electronic communication. Perhaps the comments will even be read by another cacher or two.
Feel free to note any interesting lab caches you've placed ... or found ... or heard about ... or thought of.
We would like to thank whomever left what seems like such a great container for this particular cache. Although, we'd suggest it might not be entirely appropriate for this location, or other similar spots, and would not want to see others do likewise. Perhaps someday we'll hold a CITO in conjunction with an archival ... maybe to commemorate another labs experiment ...
Also, while a geo-tool may not in the strictest sense be required ... it may help in order to find the cache in the intended manner. A hammer or perhaps even a decent rock should do just fine. There's one (or two) of the latter near the GZ. Please make an attempt to access the cache without significantly moving, lifting, or disturbing the "outer" container. However, this isn't a fragile cache that'll break if you look at it wrong or intended to be a super-tricky field puzzle of some sort. There's a few different ways to get to the cache and sign the log and they're all equally valid. But if you give it a little thought and be open to new ideas, one might just pop into the top of your head. Thanks, and have fun!
Enjoy! Don't worry ... you're not going to break anything. Or, if you want to bring a sledge-hammer and break things and CITO them out ... that's cool too.

Cache is located in Rocky Run Stream Valley Park. Park is open dawn to dusk.
Night caching is explicitly prohibited.
Go sullydavid! And congrats on the FTF!
