Tracker JACS just joined this neighborhood and couldn't resist bringing people back to this park for another multicache. Please respect park hours, and enjoy our collective front yard[;D]
Tracker JACS welcomes you to a multi cache replacement for Sennacherib Takes the Hill. Some wandering around the park will be necessary. Take note of the baseball diamond and informational kiosk waypoints on your way to the first stage, some info will be needed from both locations to figure out coords for stage 2.
Update 7/20/14: I have changed the information you need to gather slightly to match the updated, hopefully more accurate, coordinates of the second stage. The containers and hides are the same. Happy caching!

A = the last digit of the home run sign
B = the first digit of the home run sign
C = the number of dated pictures on the kiosk
D = the fourth digit of the number at the posted coords minus the third digit at posted coords
E = the number of baseball field light posts (you can count them from the home run sign waypoint) plus 3
F = the first digit at the posted coords
G = the number of home runs signs (you can see them all from the home run sign waypoint)
H = the last digit of the year of the flooding mentioned on the kiosk
I = the last digit of the earliest pictured date on the kiosk
J = the 3rd digit at the posted coords
