Pneumatic Fish Traditional Cache
h2o z: I still like the concept but these days people don't want to get of the beaten path to get caches.

Use the parking coordinates, don't park on the highway.
Approach the cache from the north.
Take both caps off, figure out how to get the cache & sign the log, replace cache, put the caps back on, try not to break anything.
If you don't give the fish a ride, you can't sign the log.
It might help you to research the famous line Lauren Bacall said to Humphrey Bogart in "To Have and Have Not". It started with "You know how to...."
