Geocache Description:

A quick cache and dash that takes you along the roads with some pretty views.

This is only the 2nd cache I have placed: My 1st being Quizzie's Round no 1. I have wanted to set a cache here for quite a while, and finally was able to do it.

I have set it here as a friend of mine keeps her horse nearby, and I help her out looking after him sometimes. I fell in love with her horse a couple of years ago when I helped her with jobs and riding him when she kept him in our village - he is so gorgous

You do not have to go through the gate to find the cache.

Please bring a pen and make sure to place it back carefully and out of view. Thank you

Disabled Access
It is possible to access the cache from a wheelchair, although depending on how you feel at the time, you may need a bit of help to retrieve the cache.

There are quite a few other caches within 5-10 minutes from here that you could do along with this one by various Cache Owners.

There are lots of beautiful views around here. A few minutes away is Thornecombe Woods "A 26-hectare site, close to Dorchester, incorporating broadleaved and mixed woodland and Black Heath, a mosaic of birch and heath." There is a car park there where you can park and enjoy picturesque forset walks to Hardy's Cottage. There are routes accessible for all.

There is also some picnic benches there where you can enjoy a picnic lunch. We have spent lots of time here with lots of different friends and it is wonderful.
