An excellent track with extensive coastal views. If walking the loop the beach return can only be accessed 3 hours each side of low tide. Park at the Mangawhai surf club. Walk north on beach for about 15 minutes to track start where you will find the first cache.
You are looking for a large pill container with a log book enclosed. Room for small swaps and TBs. Bring your own pen. Hidden in a small pohutukawa tree 10 meters to the left of the track.
