Cache is located just off the bike path between Inver Grove Height's beautiful Lions and McGroarty parks. I have included a parking waypoint for the closest parking but suggest you park on the southern part of the park and enjoy your way back through the trails. There are several other nice caches to be found along the way. You are seeking a creative container which contains a small in the body of a large. Enjoy!!
