KowaiBaz: Thanks for all the logs on this one. For those of you who may have wondered:

The cache title refers to the evolutionary spoiling of a fine landscape and the fine journey on the train playing scrabble being spoiled. But the title is also a huge hint for solving.
The puzzle is a classic AFFINE cipher, where f(x)=(ax+k) mod 26, with a=5 and k = 16.

The letters simply spell out the coords.

Geocache Description:

The above coordinates are for the Inchicore Railway Works, established in 1846 by the Great Southern and Western Railway.  It is still the main engineering works for Iarnród Éireann.

At its peak, there were over 2,000 people employed here. The surrounding areas have become casualties of a bygone industrial prosperity; villages which thrived and expanded are now left stranded like islands in a spoiled landscape.

The puzzle
I am a regular user of the trains here, and I usually play Scrabble with my fellow passengers to pass the time. One day, as we pulled out of a station, the jolt of the carriage spoiled our game, but the rearranged letters spelled out the interesting message below ...
