A preform container attached to a 12 inch twig (handle) tucked into an upper groove behind the right side of the Port Nanaimo sign (above “wharf”) - just reach in and grab it. Note that there is no lid on the pill container - allows the log paper to dry if wet. Watch for muggles behind you and behind the sign.
Hopefully cruise ship passengers will find it. This site overlooks the Wilcox property which will be developed by the City and will see some major changes over the next few years.
