This cache used to be the final for our original Star Wars Series. At that time it was a puzzle cache. I decided to archive the puzzle and simply make this a stand alone traditional but continuing with the Star Wars theme. Please bring your own writing instrument, and be sure to replace the cache under the thick brush so that it is not visible to trail walkers.
Just thought it would be fun to put out a series with my son. I was a teenager when the original series of Star Wars movies came out, and I thoroughly enjoyed them. My son was fascinated by the more recent movies, and became captivated by everything Star Wars. We have decided to collaborate, and put out a series of geocaches with this theme in mind. This series of caches are named after the movies and several of the fictitious planets. This paved trail is wheelchair and stroller friendly except near ground zero, as all caches in the series have been hidden a few metres off the trail. It becomes a significant hike when you make it round-trip. You will find it much quicker by bike. You may even enjoy cross country skiing this trail as another option.
