Geocache Description:

Jasper is a form of chalcedony used as a gemstone...it ranges in colour from red, to orange, yellow, brown, green, and rarely, blue.

Jasper and other equally beautiful and unusual stones adorn our beaches here, their brilliant colours revealed by the tide.

This cache is placed to showcase these beautiful stones...examples in the cache are not tumbled, just lacquered to show their colours..souvenir a couple if you wish.

I placed the cache in a somewhat remote place to try to keep it safe...access to GZ initially is short and steep and can be quite slippery as is covered in leaf litter, hence the 3.5 terrain rating...please take care.
