We chose this location because we go to school at SHS. This cache is near a graveyard, but not in it. It is ON SCHOOL property. (PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH RETAINING WALL BLOCKS. THIS IS NOT NECESSARY TO FIND THE CACHE AND COULD RESULT IN THE SCHOOL TAKING IT DOWN!)
*********PLEASE! Do not touch or move retaining wall blocks! We want to keep this amazing cache to share with others, but may be forced to take it down if people keep moving the blocks! It is NOT hidden in the blocks.********** We are a group of 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students from Sacred Heart School. We’ve been learning about geocaching in our enrichment class. So, we thought it would be fun to hide one at our own school to share our school with others.
Sacred Heart of Jesus School opened in 1948 and is still standing. We have gone through getting more grades and losing them. Our school now has grades K-5. The classes we have are art, language arts, mathematics, music, physical education, religion, science, social studies, technology and lots of other activities, like enrichment class. Permission to hunt this cache has been provided by the school's administration. Parking is available; however, street parking is preferred during school hours.
