Mom's "Marble-ous" View Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Farmer's Daughters: We had checked on this cache in April, and it was fine. Then, after the recent DNFs we checked again, and it is not where it should be. Our guess is that it was muggled. We have had to replace this cache a few times, so we feel it is time to archive this one. We still enjoy this view!

Geocache Description:

Our mother has lived near the top of this hill since 1952, when she got married, and the young lady from town became a farmer's wife.  As the farmer's daughters, we have had the opportunity to enjoy this view throughout our lives.
The cache contains marbles. Did you ever play a game of marbles?  In the 1960's, one of us attended Dunn's Public School, located a mile and a half north of here. During recess, only the boys played marbles, and only the girls skipped.  Anyone who signs the log is welcome to take a marble.
This cache is probably not accessible in the winter, and please note that there are a few brambles near the cache site!
