Achtung: Die Nomenklatur von Pflanze D hat sich geändert. Es gibt für diese Pflanze ein älteres Synonym, aber ich verwende jetzt den aktuellen Namen. Seit 10.6.2017 gibt es daher eine neue Formel!
Zur Römerzeit waren Teile des heutigen Belgien vom Kohlenwald bedeckt. Oft wandere ich durch das, was heute noch davon übrig ist, gerne auch auf der Suche nach einem Geocache. Dabei genieße ich aber auch die hübschen Blumen, die am Wegesrand oder tief im Walde unter den hohen Bäumen blühen. Heuer mußten wir wegen des nicht enden wollenden Winters länger als üblich warten, aber dann waren sie plötzlich wieder da.
Und während ich so wanderte, kam mir die Idee zu diesem Geocache. (Zugegeben, mich haben auch die Caches von CrazyGustav inspiriert.) Da der erste Cache dieser Reihe, Flora mundi – 001: Paseo de las Canteras, seit einigen Wochen darauf wartet, gefunden zu werden, soll der zweite seiner Art leichter sein. Aber hier bleibt ohnehin kaum ein Cache länger als ein paar Stunden ungefunden …
Was ist zu tun? Du mußt die Pflanzen auf den Photos erkennen. Gesucht ist jeweils der wissenschaftliche (lateinische) Name der Art. Der erste Buchstabe der Gattung, umgesetzt nach dem üblichen System (A=1, B=2, …) ergibt den Großbuchstaben, der der Art den Kleinbuchstaben beim jeweiligen Photo. Zeigte beispielsweise Photo 1 eine Rotföhre, so wäre die Lösung: Pinus sylvestris, daher P → 16 und s → 19, d. h. A=16 und a=19.
Der Cache
Du findest den Cache an folgenden Koordinaten:

Der Cache ist ein Micro und enthält keinen Stift, also bitte selber einen mitbringen. Es gibt aber je ein Zertifikat für den FTF, STF und TTF. Bitte lege den Cache genauso zurück, wie du ihn gefunden hast.
Im Cache findest du auch eine Zahl für den Bonus und eine weitere für den Superbonus. Diese Caches existieren noch nicht, aber da ich hoffe, daß ich diese Serie fortsetzen werde, schreib dir die Ziffern schon einmal auf.

Let op: de cache bevindt zich niet aan de aangegeven coördinaten; om hem te vinden, moet je eerst het raadsel oplossen.
Let op: de nomenclatuur van plant D heeft veranderd. Er is voor deze plant een oudere synoniem, maar ik gebruik nu de actuele naam. Sinds 10.6.2017 is er dus een nieuwe formule.
In de Romeinse tijd waren delen van het hedendaagse België van het Kolenwoud bedekt. Vaak wandel ik door dat wat ervan vandaag nog over is, graag ook op zoek naar een geocache. Daarbij geniet ik echter ook van de mooie bloemen die langs de weg of diep in het bos onder de hoge bomen bloeien. Dit jaar moesten wij wegens de winter, die maar niet omging, langer dan gewoon wachten, maar dan waren ze er plotseling weer.
En tijdens mijn wandelingen kwam mij het idee tot deze geocache. (Toegegeven, ook de caches van CrazyGustav hebben mij geïnspireerd.) Omdat de eerste cache van deze reeks, Flora mundi – 001: Paseo de las Canteras, sinds enkele weken erop wacht gevonden te worden, zal de tweede van zijn aard eenvoudiger zijn. Maar hier blijft toch al nauwelijks een cache langer dan enkele uren ongevonden …
Wat is te doen? Jij moet de planten op de foto’s herkennen. Gezocht is telkens de wetenschappelijke (Latijnse) naam van de soort. De eerste letter van het geslacht, omgezet volgens het gewone systeem (A=1, B=2, …) geeft de hoofdletter, die van de soort de kleine letter bij de respectieve foto. Zou bijvoorbeeld foto 1 een grove den laten zien, dan zou de oplossing zijn: Pinus sylvestris, dus P → 16 en s → 19, d.w.z. A=16 en a=19.

De cache is een micro en bevat geen stift, dus, alstublieft, breng zelf een mee. Er is echter elk een certificaat voor de FTF, STF en TTF. Alstublieft, plaats de cache precies zo terug als je hem gevonden hebt.
In de cache vind je ook een getal voor de bonus een nog een voor de superbonus. Deze caches bestaan nog niet, maar omdat ik hoop dat ik deze reeks zal voortzetten, schrijf de getallen al eens op.

À l’époque romaine la Belgique d’aujourd’hui était en partie couverte par la Forêt Charbonnière. Souvent je fais de la randonnée par ce qui en reste encore aujourd’hui, avec plaisir aussi en cherchant une geocache. Mais en même temps je profite aussi des jolies fleurs qui fleurissent au bord du chemin ou tout au fond de la forêt sous les hauts arbres. Cette année, à cause de l’hiver à non plus finir, on a dû attendre plus longtemps que normal, mais ensuite tout à coup les revoilà.
Et pendant que je me promenais l’idée de cette geocache m’est venue. (Certes, aussi les caches de CrazyGustav m’ont inspiré.) Comme la première cache de cette série, Flora mundi – 001: Paseo de las Canteras, attend depuis quelques semaines d’être trouvée, que la deuxième de son genre soit plus facile. Mais ici de toute façon presqu’aucune cache reste introuvée plus que quelques heures …
Qu’est-ce qu’il y a à faire ? Tu dois reconnaître les plants sur les photos. On cherche chaque fois le nom scientifique (latin) de l’espèce. La première lettre du genre, transformé selon le système habituel (A=1, B=2, …) donne la majuscule, celle de l’espèce la minuscule sous la photo correspondante. Si, par exemple, photo 1 montrait un pin sylvestre, la solution serait : Pinus sylvestris, donc P → 16 et s → 19, c.-à-d. A=16 et a=19.

La cache est une micro et ne contient pas du crayon, donc, s’il te plaît, en apporte un toi-même. Mais il y a un certificat pour les FTF, STF et TTF. S’il te plaît, remets la cache exactement comme tu l’as trouvée.
Dans la cache tu trouves aussi un nombre pour le bonus et autre pour le superbonus. Ces caches n’existent pas encore, mais comme j’espère continuer cette série, note bien les chiffres déjà.

During the Roman times parts of today’s Belgium were covered by the Silva Carbonaria. Often I walk through what is left of it today, with pleasure also looking for a geocache. While doing so I also enjoy the nice flowers which bloom on the side of the path or deep in the forest under the high trees. This year, because of the interminable winter, we had to wait longer than usual, but then, all of a sudden, they were there, again.
And while I was walking, I had the idea for this geocache. (Admittedly, also the caches by CrazyGustav have inspired me.) As the first cache of this series, Flora mundi – 001: Paseo de las Canteras, has been waiting for a couple of weeks now to be found, the second one of its kind shall be easier. But here, anyway, almost no cache remains unfound for longer than a few hours …
What is there to do? You have to identify the plants on the photos. What you are looking for is the scientific (Latin) name of the species. The first letter of the genus, tranformed according to the usual system (A=1, B=2, …) gives the upper case letter, the one of the species the lower case letter at the respective photo. If e.g. photo 1 showed a Scots Pine, the solution would be: Pinus sylvestris, thus P → 16 and s → 19, i.e. A=16 and a=19.
