(2020 UPDATE) This has been a very hard puzzle without intending to be one, and I'd now like to make it a bit easier. You are looking for an acronym table. There are no numbers in the table. The internet is your friend, but may sometimes give differing code translations depending on the code table used, there are now over 10 of them spread around the web. Searching the right things will often produce several tables at once. Once you have a translated the code, feel free to send me a message to double check the numbers.
