Geocache Description:

Even if you've never experienced this first hand, prairie living can be fun for everyone.

The Historic Site is based on the Schoolhouse which was in use until 1958.  There is also an old one room log cabin, and the more unique Wetzl Cabin.  The site is open to the public the buildings are all locked, but the outhouses are fully stocked if you need to go! Also as you leave or arrive as the case may be a little north and east there is a sign and facing east you can see an old time practical joke. Kids never change.
