The voyage has brought you from a ramble along a trail that gave you a journey that led you to an excursion in pursuit of an Odyssey to escape to a seeker to discover a surveyor along the trail blazer to explore the black horse expedition that all began with an adventure right here on the Big Bar Ski Trails in Gold Country!
There are 14 caches hidden on this geocache trail and it will take you approximately 1-2 hours to complete. Be aware of wildlife as there are bears, moose and deer in the area. Ticks and mosquitos are also inhabit the woods as well.

Access and restrictions: 15kms North from Clinton. From Highway 97 at top of hill at rest stop turn west onto Big Bar Road (hard packed dirt/gravel) for 8 km following signage; once at the trail head start out west heading between the warm-up hut and the outhouses to reach the Clinton Creek Community Watershed & Forestry Rd 3015. There is no vehicle access along these trails except by permit.
Parking Advice: Pull off of Big Bar Lake Road and park near Cross Country Ski Trails' legend sign.
