This puzzle has three parts: -
Firstly, you will have to use the word puzzle to discover the place names. Rather than giving you a list of names you have been given the first letter, the last letter and the number of letters in the name. For example, if the name was BEECHWORTH I would give you (B) and (H) and (10).
The table below may help you to record the required information.
Secondly, you will need to find the Post Codes for each town.
Thirdly, you have a calculation based on the Post Codes for the final coordinates.

Calculations
The cache can be found at: S 36 AB.CDE E 146 FG.HJK
Where:
A is W1 #4 – W2 #3 – W3 #3
B is W4 #3 + W5 #2 / W6 #4
C is W7 #1 + W8 #2 – W9 #2
D is W10 #2 + W11 #4 + W12 #4
E is W13 #3 – W14 #3 + W15 #3
F is W16 #3 + W17 #3 – W18 #1 (this was amended 7/5/13)
G is W19 #3 + W20 #3 – W21 #2
H is W22 #3 + W23 #2 – W24 #4
J is W25 #2 + W26 #4 – W27 #3
K is W28 #2 – W29 #2
W stands for the word Number
# stands for the digit in the Post Code
For example:
If the words and Post Codes were:
Word 1 – Beechworth – 3747, Word 2 – Chiltern – 3683, and Word 3 – Albury – 2640
So then W1 #2 – W2 #4 – W3 #3 would be 7 – 3 – 4 = 0
The cache is a small sized clip-top container containing log book, PEN and some swaps.
Good luck!
CONGRATULATIONS - FTF - Harrowang!
