Splash Jr. Traditional Cache

This cache is located on a easy hike where you will see lots of pretty views and neat sandstone formations. It's in the same area as our New Year's Resolution cache, but you won't have to climb a mountain to get to it.
The only parking is at N33 00.485 W 105 52.401. Walk down the little hill and then across the arroya. Search and you will see a cattle path. You can follow that path almost all the way to the cache. (Probably our footprints too:-)) You won't have to climb anything to get there. The cache is a small container with a few trinkets and a log. Bring something to sign the log. The hike to the cache is less than a quarter of a mile. As always, watch for stickers and snakes. It's a great place to bring your furry friends to run!! Enjoy! After you find the cache, you may want to go back up to the animal path and continuing walking further around the mountain as there are a lot more neat sandstone formations to see. We wanted to hide the cache in one of them, but it was too close to our other cache as the crow flies. Enjoy! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!HIGH FIVE TO NECKI FOR FTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!
