All 100 caches in the series will be published approximately every four to five days and located within 10 miles of the first hide Centennial #001. In December of 2013 we will release a Final Centennial Challenge Cache with a “First To Find” prize. The requirements to log the Final Challenge will be that you must have logged a find on all 100 of the caches in the series prior to logging the final. The series is intended to have something for everyone and will vary in style and difficulty. The caches will be placed by a team of three experienced Geocachers who reside in the area.
High clearance 2 wheel and 4 wheel drive vehicles should have no problem accessing the general area. Those who are more adventurous with 4x4's can drive very near the cache location. Some lower clearance 2 wheel drive vehicles will be able to access the general area, but you will want to stop at the top of the big hill and look at the road beyond before proceeding. If you are unable to drive past the top of the hill it will require a hike with some terrain elevation change, but you can walk on hard packed road most of the way to the cache .
Please be careful for animals and plants in the area that may pose a threat to your well-being. Please return things as you found them. Replace the cache in the same manner or better to maintain the challenge for the next visitor. You are looking for a well hidden naturally camouflaged container.
