Geocache Description:

This is a 50ml container that is hanging in a tree.

Brigus is a small fishing community located in Conception Bay, Newfoundland. It is a community that dates back to the 1600's. It is a beautiful place to visit with lots of historical sites to see. Throughout the community are many examples of early construction using rocks that were gathered from the surrounding hillside. Drive to John Noel's Hill and follow that very narrow paved road to the end. There is a small parking area where you can leave your vehicle and hike up the hill, following an ATV trail. This trail continues on up the hill to First Pond and several other caches.

This cache is near a small pit which someone now uses to burn old rubbish. The pit is lined with a well constructed rock wall. It was probably originally used as a small root cellar. You will find the cache hanging in a tree behind the pit. Congratulations 2-hobbits on a first to find.
