The Organ Trail!

The Organ Trail is a series of caches with special dedication to combining my fondness of geocaching and medicine.  As a surgical resident I spend much time living at the hospital but when not there geocaching has become a favorite!  Its always been a good way to get out of the house and have some healthy fun.  To take healthy to the next level I wanted to make a series of caches which drew attention to different aspects of medicine and healthcare, hence The Organ Trail was born!

Things you didnt know about your guts!

Stomach problems?  Maybe you have a skin rash too?  This cache is in the parking lot shared by a dermatologist and a Gastroenterologist.  Did you know that you can have a rash from celiac disease?  It's called dermatitis herpetiformis.  Did you know that malignant melanoma has a predilection to spread to the bowel?  

Number two in The Organ Trail!  You are looking for a well placed cache in the parking lot that connects the two practices together.  Another hot spot of muggle activity requires extreme stealth!  FTF prize... two of them actually!  Feel free to take both or to share one with the next to find!
