This is a large container which can hold travel bugs and is located a short walk from Tampa's cruise ship port. Send your travel bugs on a tropical vacation! ;)
During events, this is a pay parking lot with lots of muggle activity. Be stealthy!
The best time to approach this cache is when there are no events going on at the nearby hockey stadium. You can pull into the empty parking lot, park near the coordinates and make the grab.
There is a popular nightclub across the street from this cache, so night caching may attract the attention of intoxicated muggles.
