Carkeek Park is certainly a beautiful oasis within the urban boundaries of Seattle. Carkeek features over six miles of maintained trails, beach access, picnic shelters, a children's playground, an orchard, trainspotting opportunities, views of the Olympics and Puget Sound, and several currently active geocaches.
The North Bluff Trail has several viewpoints along the way to enjoy the scenery. There is no need to bushwhack, since this cache is at one of these viewpoints right on the trail. Please remember to bring your own pen to sign the log in this black bison tube.
