Geocache Description:

This cache is placed in front of a residence in Krugersdorp on the West Rand. It is a micro container which contains just the logbook, so BYOP.

FIRST TO FIND

You discover a crumpled piece of paper in an old book which you bought at a local charity sale. It contains a description which hints that something is hidden at coordinates stated on the piece of paper: The piece of paper looks like this:



The coordinates (S 40 53.261 E 48 30.938), however do not seem to make any sense. Plotting them on Google Maps assured you that nothing could be hidden here because the coordinates plot in middle of the ocean. However, you turn the page over and find this on the back:



Is it a clue to the correct coordinates?
