■UMEGLE means round and round UMEDA area.
■CHARI means bicycle.(CHARI is a slangy expression, JITENSHA in formal)

When we go around for GeoCahing from Osaka Station, we can rent a bicycle here.
There is no cache at the listed coordinates.

How many parking spaces for bicycles are there?
(Ground only. Not include underground space.)
Let A be the number of the parking space.
The final cache is hidden at (A*13+7)m away at azimuth angle of (A*2+8)° from the listed coordinates.
This area is in a valley between tall buildings, so maybe GPS signal is unstable.
