A quick park and grab, just far enough away from a very high muggle zone.
Close to popular shopping area in the SE. This is not a traditional cache container. Congrats to "peaceguy" for the FTF! Bumped the difficulty down a half as the first few seemed to have no problems finding this bad boy.
