Brian, my brother, is one of few boys scouts to reach the rank of Eagle Scout. He also helped me find my first cache. This Cache is dedicated to him. West Hills Park is a great place to walk or hike. This campsite was built by members of Boy Scout Troop 218. All were Eagle projects
