Welcome to Northern Ontario - St Joe's Island turn off!
We're from SSM in the cold north of Ontario and we travel to and from southern Ontario fairly often. While we're driving, we usually stop in a few different towns and areas along the highway for gas or treats or bathroom breaks, so we figured we'd hide a cache in each of these areas.
We had a camp out here on St. Joe's Island while I was growing up so I have many, many great memories of this place. We figured the turn off needed a cache :) The container is a camo'd peanut butter jar full of trinkets and a log book. Make sure the lid is on tightly and that it's put back out of sight when you're finished with it! ** this should be winter friendly but if there is a whole pile of snow... might need snow shoes :) ** Happy Cachin'
