ignatiusreilly: I think the redevelopment of this area has caught up with this cache so for safety I think it's best to let this one go. It's had a pretty phenomenal run considering it was a spur off the moment placement. Glad so many cachers got a smiley with this hide!

Geocache Description:

This cache is one of the type "there should be a cache near this odd thing!"

Executive Park is an old-style 1970s office park that is still pretty well occupied and maintained but this specific road always makes me feel like the apocalypse just happened.  I have been using it more since I like several nearby restaurants and the access to Briarcliff is changing and currently difficult.  This road sneaks out from behind the shopping center and today I noticed this inexplicable semicircular driveway that still has landscape maintenance, but it seems to be missing its building!

Executive Park has recently been rezoned for redevelopment and will change its name to The Park at Druid Hills.

There is a micro stashed nearby but please leave the old maples alone.  They are persisting despite some rough treatment.  Good luck and happy caching!
