Geocache Description:

An In-Tents Meet and Greet Event

at The Kings Head (Bradwell on sea)



This event is open to all cachers and is part of the
2013 Essex Camping Event GC460X5


A1nnie and Bean invite you to join them for the evening to kick off the weekend's activities and meet your fellow cachers. All cachers are welcome, whether you are camping over the weekend or just popping along for the evening. Together with an icebreaker activity to get you mingling there will also be a couple of new caches available nearby.


When?

Friday 21st June, 2013 at 8:00PM


Where?

The Kings Head, Bradwell-on-Sea, Essex CM0 7QL (01621 776224)


Parking

There is space at the rear of the pub or at the nearby village hall.


Food

Food is available from 6pm until 9pm but please book a table in advance if at all possible. (See here for their menu).


We will have exclusive use of the conservatory area and there are picnic style benches in the outdoor area just beyond. Well behaved dogs are welcome in the bar and outdoor areas, and they will also be permitted in the conservatory area for the event. No dogs in the lounge/restaurant area though please.
