 Cette cache vous permet de partir à la découverte d'une espèce minérale exploitée sur cette commune jusque fin des années 80 : la fluorine. Le nom vient du latin "fluere" : "fondant, qui coule"

La fluorine est composée de Calcium et de Fluor. Les ions de ces éléments sont arrangés dans une structure cristalline. C'est le fluorure naturel le plus abondant. Les filons sont souvent associés à des compositions granitiques. Sa couleur diffère entre les différents gisements. Son exploitation minière est importante car son utilisation est connue dans de nombreux process industriels. Il possède plusieurs synonymes fluorite, spathfluor...
