Geocache Description:

The cache is named after my first daughter whose initials are OGS.  This was the first walk we went on in the country and this cache is one of several I hope to place along Great Harwood Nature Walk.  The Nature Walk is some 3 miles long and begins at Allsprings Lodge on Allsprings Drive.  There is plenty of roadside parking available near Allsprings Lodge.

The cache is a small container hidden a few metre from the path.  Take care following wet weather as the ground can be quite muddy.  Boots or wellies are recommended.  The area where the cache is hidden is covered with sands and gravels deposited towards the end of the Ice Age by melt waters formed at the margins of the ice.  There are also some Millstone Grit outcrops in the area above the path. Congratulations to RM52 for FTF
