The coordinates listed will take you to the start of the trail. Once there begin your search for the green trail tags. A closer look at the first Trail Tag will show that the tag is not a perfect circle but has a pointer. Follow the pointers from tag to tag and you will soon have the smiley.
Follow the green tags to the cache then follow the white tags back to your car.
